How to check set up an email address with Chilli Internet

Most Chilli Internet plans come bundled with free email addresses (e.g. every iBurst customer gets at least 3). To setup an email address simply contact a Chilli Support Representative on 1300 655 554 or fill out our online support form.

When contacting us via the above mechanisms, be sure to provide (or have ready) your iBurst username, requested email address (in the form of username@iburst.chilli.net.au) and a password so we can promptly setup your email address.

Once your email account is setup, please refer to the FAQ section of our Support page for advice on how to set up your email account with the most common mail applications.

Important Note: Your iBurst login username (iburstXXXX@iburst.chilli.net.au) is not an email address and is only used to login to your iBurst service

Setting up your Free 20MB of Personal Webspace with Chilli Internet

Please contact a Chilli Support Representative on 1300 655 554 if you wish to use this service, alternatively you can fill out our online support request form.

To setup this service we’ll require both a username (which will form part of your website address) and a Password (which will be used to gain access to your webspace).

A confirmation email will be sent with the necessary setup information for using this service.
