How to check your monthly iBurst usage using MyChilli

1) 1. Log onto “my chilli”, found at www.chilli.net.au by inserting your full iBurst username (IE iburstXXXX@iburst.chilli.net.au) and password into the relevant fields in the top right hand corner of the page > press “LOGIN”.

2) Once the confirmation screen appears, > press “Login” again.

3) On the following screen, choose iBurst usage from the left menu bar.

4) Finally, enter in the ‘Date From:’ and ‘Date To:’ fields the period of time that you wish to monitor. For example, if you wanted to check your months usage and your billing day was the 1st of the month enter the 1st of the month in the ‘Date From:’ field (in the format dd/mm/yyyy e.g. 12th September 2005 is 12/09/2005) and today’s date in the ‘to’ field > press “Search”.

As we monitor the usage from your billing day each month, this will give you your usage for the month to date.
