How to check your Payments using MyChilli

To find out what Payments you’ve made for your account simply follow the steps below.

1) Log onto “my chilli”, found at www.chilli.net.au by inserting your full iBurst username (IE iburstXXXX@iburst.chilli.net.au) and password into the relevant fields in the top right hand corner of the page > press “LOGIN” to proceed.

2) Once the confirmation screen appears, > press “Login” again.

3) On the following screen, choose the ‘My Payments’ link from the left menu bar.

4) Enter in the ‘Date From:’ and ‘Date To:’ fields the period of time that you wish to view. For example, if you wanted to check payments you’ve made from the 1st of July to the 31st of October 2005, you would complete the ‘Date From:’ field as 01/07/2005 and the ‘Date To’ field will be entered as 31/10/2005, followed by pressing “Search”.

Once your search is complete, an itemised listing of payments for the date range you’ve specified will be displayed, the ‘Invoice(s)’ column will display the invoice number each payment was applied to (shown in the payment column). Simply click the underlined Invoice number (IE 00040006) to view a breakdown of the invoice.
