How to change your Chilli iBurst plan
Any requests to change your iBurst plan must be made in writing, either
by fax, post or by completeing this form.
In requesting a change of plan please specify which plan you would like
to change to as well as your current Chilli iBurst username and password.
Upgrades to plans are free while downgrades incur a charge of $35. Please
note that changes will take effect within 5 business days.
How to cancel your Chilli iBurst or ADSL plan
To cancel your Chilli iBurst plan please email cancellations@chilli.net.au ensuring you provide the Chilli username you use to log into the service you wish to cancel, specify the type of service you want to cancel (e.g. iBurst or ADSL) and your direct contact details including phone number in case we have any questions.
Any amounts still owing must be paid in full before the account can
be closed. If a refund needs to be issues please allow for up to 30
days (as per our terms and conditions) for this to be processed. Please
also note that for cancellations within the Chilli iBurst 14 day money
back guarantee period if more than 30Mb has been downloaded during this
period, Chilli reserves the right not to refund in full.
