The Chilli Fax-To-Email service (also known as Unified Messaging Service (UMS)) that allows you to receive faxes sent
from anywhere in the world via your email as a highly compressed PDF
or TIF attachment. Voicemail is another feature that converts messages
to .WAV files.
No need to buy fax machine, extra hardware or install your own expense fax software - this
internet fax service is easy to use and quick to setup.

How Chilli Fax-To-Email works
- Anyone can send you a fax using their regular fax machine to a fax
number that we provide you as part of this service.
- Chilli Fax-To-Email service converts the fax into a PDF or TIF
(according to your preferences).
- You receive the fax as an email attachment to your nominated email
account allowing you receive faxes anywhere you can access your email.
The system also allows you to receive multiple faxes at once, eliminating
any 'busy' line situations. It scales to any size organisation.
Automatically included with each plan is the ability to receive voicemails through your fax-to-email number, at no extra charge!

on level of content in faxed pages. For voicemail services, minutes of voicemail messages left are deducted from monthly minute allowance (i.e. 30, 80 or 250 minutes). Time spent retrieving voicemails is not deducted from monthly allowance.

With Chilli Email-to-Fax service you can send faxes to anywhere in the world through your existing email application. No need to download special software. Simple to use this service:
- Extracts attachments from emails (file types supported: .doc, .html, .pdf, .xls, .jpg, .tif, .rtf, .gif, .txt) that you send to a special Chilli Email-to-Fax email address
- Converts them into a fax and
- Sends it to the fax number you specify in Chilli Email-to-Fax email address.
